Healthwatch staff and volunteers who are new users of the CiviCRM

What will the training cover

This webinar aims to demonstrate how to enter information into the Feedback and Signposting Wizard.

This training will help you:

  • Use the Feedback and Signposting Wizard Form

  • Demonstrate where you can add local fields to your wizard (Admin role)

  • Advise what information is automatically sent to Healthwatch England Create

  • How you can review and edit the information added

  • Understanding the Case screen
