What will the training cover
The CRM helps you to create, manage and track issues. This webinar will help you to better understand how to add new activities into an existing case, as well as:
Add activities to an existing case
Add and make new activity types available to a case
Add your own custom fields to the way you collect information through the Enquiry Feedback Wizard, activities or individuals.
