This webinar will provide an open forum for Healthwatch England and local Healthwatch to discuss potential social care reforms in 2021 and beyond.
The aim of the event is to bring the whole network together in collectively thinking about the role Healthwatch can play in putting care users at the heart of any future reforms.

All Healthwatch staff and volunteers who wish to participate in the discussion.

This workshop will focus on the role of Healthwatch in social care:
- What common concerns are people sharing about social care?
- What social care information and advice on social care do Healthwatch provide?
- What resources would Healthwatch require to help improve local social care service provision?
