This webinar aims to help you make the most of the information you collect via the CRM. Through structured searching and creating reports you’ll be able to set up automated reporting to help evaluate your impact.

This training will help you to:

• Learn the difference between a search and a report

• Understand how to perform a structured search and how this information can be exported and used to communicate with the individuals shown in your results.

• Create and customise a report to suit your needs.

• Set up reports to be automatically be run and sent via email to several recipients. Choose whether this is in a downloadable PDF or a CSV.
