About this event
Help shape the next steps on our brand review. Hear more about our new brand tone of voice and help us understand what resources you need as we roll this out across the network.
Our brand is more than a logo; it tells people in words and design what we stand for, our values and why our service is relevant to them.
Over the past few months many of you have attended workshops with a brand agency which looked at how we can improve the way we describe our brand purpose, what we stand for and the difference we make. Thanks to your feedback and testing, 1:1 interviews with seldom heard groups and stakeholders, and wider research, we have developed a brand purpose, values, and proposition.
This workshop is an opportunity to hear more about the new brand tone of voice, including drivers, messages and call to actions for our key audiences, as well as to help us understand the resources you need to adapt this new approach. We want to hear:
- How we can make our new tone of voice easy to use in your job
- What resources and support you need as we roll out the updated Healthwatch brand across the network
