About this event
This is a workshop where we will be exploring mystery shopping as a research tool for local Healthwatch, covering questions such as how and when it is used, what are the pros and cons, lessons learned from experiences and what does best practice look like. We will also be looking for some feedback on what it feels like to be a respondent on CitizenLab.
Who is this event for?
LHW staff with experience of using mystery shopping as a methodology in their work, or anyone with an interest and working knowledge of mystery shopping.
What will you learn?
You will get an understanding of how and why mystery shopping is used by LHW, benefits and drawbacks and ideas for best practice going forwards.
