About this event
Our brand is more than a logo. The way we speak and write shows people what we stand for and why the Healthwatch service is relevant to them. To strengthen our brand, we commissioned a brand agency to review and create clear guidance. Over 100 staff and volunteers helped shape our new brand messaging, and the public and stakeholders also tested it.
Join us to find out how to put our new brand messaging into practice at your local Healthwatch. You told us that Healthwatch needs to be a relatable people’s brand, which is just what our tone of voice sets out to do.
Who is this event for?
All Healthwatch staff, but particularly relevant if you look after communications at your local Healthwatch.
What will you learn?
- Learn how to speak and write about Healthwatch using our new brand messaging.
- Find out about our new brand messaging guide on a page, which includes our strapline, proposition, tone of voice, and messages for different audiences.
- We’ll also share descriptors or ‘about us’ text, which you can use to describe your local Healthwatch.
- Practical steps that you can put the new brand messaging into action in your work to improve public engagement.
