This event is for Healthwatch Staff who are involved in designing surveys for research projects.
What will you learn?
You will learn how to design a survey to collect meaningful data that meet your research objectives. You will look at what a good quality survey looks like, explore various question formats and how to word questions. You will learn how you can minimise bias when designing your survey, the importance of collecting demographic data and piloting a survey.
Preparation for this session:
This is a participatory session. We will be asking you to share your experiences with research planning, and any questions you may have.
