CRM Training- Managing events advanced

CRM training – This event will take you through the features of the CiviCRM, including how to add new activity types to your CiviCRM.

Healthwatch staff and volunteers who are already familiar with using CiviCRM.

What will you learn

This training will help you to:

• Create and manage templates to allow you to set up future events quickly and easily.
• Keep the sign-up process simple with online registration forms and automated confirmation emails for attendees.
• Register multiple participants and set up a waiting list when needed
• Keep track of who has attended your events. You can import data from other systems and export information easily too.
• Send automatic email reminders to your attendees before the event.
•  Make people feel valued with a follow-up thank you email too

This training will help you to manage all your AGM, events and webinars attendance via the CiviCRM
