About this event

Effective communications brings your organisation and community together. Insight and evaluation help you set the right strategy, achieve objectives and give you confidence that change is happening.

This workshop will help you evaluate your communications and the structure you can put in place to measure and track the impact of your communications and engagement over time. You will look at the journey your audiences take from becoming aware of you to taking action as well as the key channels you can put in place to track and measure this journey.

We will also discuss the importance of communications evaluation for your business strategy, key metrics as well as their benefits and limitations.
