Achieving meaningful change for people will often depend on your ability to influence others. This session will help you become more familiar with core tools and techniques involved in effective influencing, and think about how you can develop your influencing style.
Who is it for?
This event is for non-executive Healthwatch staff who are new to or would like to refresh their skills in external representation, stakeholder communications and influencing activities.
What will you learn?
The programme will help you gain further insight into tools and techniques for planning and implementing stakeholder mapping, engagement and influencing. You can also share examples of how to achieve influence and change at a local and national level.
