You will find out about guidance currently being prepared to support Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) in how they work with people and communities.
This session is one of a series of events to update the network on the development of ICSs and other issues related to the legislation. You will hear how the Health and Care Bill will make significant changes to how the National Health Service (NHS) is organised and how services are designed and delivered.
Who is this event for?
This session will benefit Chief Officers, Board Members and staff working on engagement and participation.
What will you learn?
You will understand the work NHS England and Improvement (NHSE&I) is currently leading the development of statutory guidance for ICSs on working with people and communities. Healthwatch England is represented on a coproduction group that is developing the guidance.
You will also have an opportunity to comment on proposals.
