About this event
This session will focus on Influencing and is an opportunity for you to share your issues and experiences and to learn from each other.
Who is it for?
This session is designed for Chief Officers. Other senior officers with a strategic lead may join the session with the agreement of their Chief Officer.
What will you learn?
You will have the opportunity to discuss the challenges you face in influencing locally. We’ll ask for one or two volunteers in advance to talk about a challenge they are facing. Participants will then share their expertise and experience.
The session will only go ahead if you contact us to raise your issues.
