Managing difficult situations volunteering Masterclass

This event will help you handle difficult situations when they arise concerning the volunteers you support and manage. It will allow you to hear about examples of challenges to managing volunteers within the Healthwatch network and how these are solved.

Who is this event for?

Healthwatch staff responsible for managing and supporting volunteers.

What will you learn?

You will learn about the different approaches taken to listening to, handling difficult situations and attempting to resolve problems that your volunteers may have when volunteering with Healthwatch or issues that may arise as they carry out Healthwatch activities. You will have the opportunity to share your own experiences and hear from others within the network about how they dealt with challenges when supporting their volunteers.
