About this event
This session is focused on supporting Chief Officers to share current concerns and experiences and learn from each other.
This will be a private session where you’ll be able to speak openly and work through issues that are important to you. Whether it’s a major concern that keeps you awake at night or an everyday problem where you’d like to hear other people’s views, we will be able to cover it.
We won’t take notes and will ask participants to respect the confidentiality of others. This will be a small group session so that everybody can contribute.
Who is the event for?
This session is designed for Chief Officers. Other senior officers with a strategic lead may join the session with the agreement of their Chief Officer.
What will you learn?
You will have the opportunity to raise issues with other Chief Officers and the Policy Team in a safe and supportive setting.
You’ll also be able to share your insight to help other Chief Officers work through issues that matter to them.
