This session will introduce you to some tools and techniques for effective influencing. You will have the opportunity to think about developing your influencing style and how to improve partnerships and relationships across your organisation.
Who is the event for?
We have designed this session for Healthwatch staff new to external representation, stakeholder communications and influencing activities or who would like to refresh their skills.
What will you learn?
You will learn about tools and techniques for planning and implementing stakeholder mapping, engagement and influencing. You will also look at how to achieve influence and change at a local and national level.
