Measuring Success

Training
Online - Webinar
Thursday 16th June, 2022 - 14:00 to 16:00

About this event

Your Theory of Change identifies the long-term outcomes you're seeking to achieve in a particular area of work. But how will you know if you achieve these? What measures might you use to evidence your success and prove your longer-term impact? What key performance indicators could you use which are realistic to collect?

The challenge of juggling resources to monitor the success of past projects alongside ongoing delivery of new work is one that confronts every Healthwatch. In our learning need survey and in Quality Framework conversations, you have said you would like to have further opportunities to explore your approach to planning for impact. This webinar provides an opportunity to consider your approach to measuring what you've achieved for service users.
