Who is this event for?
Healthwatch volunteers and staff who would like to be involved in their Enter and View programme.
What will you learn?
You will:
- Learn about legislative requirements
- Learn about the role of an Authorised Representative
- Gain skills required to engage with a variety of people and understand how to best work with providers before, during and after activity.
- Understand Enter and View activities, reporting, roles, responsibilities and behaviours required as well as resources and support available.
- Be introduced to report writing and reporting.
