1. COVID-19 email template for MailChimp users
We've created an email template, which you can use to send out regular news updates to local residents and stakeholders. Whilst we have suggested some sections you may want to consider, the template is flexible so you can adapt it to your needs. Please note that the banner header will need to be changed as it is a placeholder only. This template is only available to use in MailChimp.
2. Personalised email banner
Whether you're using the MailChimp email template above, or creating your own, use our template to create a personalised email banner. It includes the option to choose your own Healthwatch logo and edit the text.
To do this, visit the Communications Centre, and log in using your local Healthwatch details. Under 'Live create' you can find the coronavirus email banner.
3. Social media cards
To help your messages reach more people through your social media channels, we've refreshed the social media card template on the Communications Centre. There are two template options - one for Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, and a second sized for Instagram.
Using the template you can select a preset image, icon, or upload your own. You can also choose your local Healthwatch logo and edit the text.
To do this, visit the Communications Centre, and log in using your local Healthwatch details. Under 'Live create' you can find the two social media card templates.
4. Coronavirus icons
You can now download a range of coronavirus graphics, including handwashing and coughing. These can be used on your social media channels, in reports, or any emails you send out.
To download the icons, visit the Communications Centre, and log in using your local Healthwatch details. Under 'Asset library' you can find all the graphics.
We have thousands of photos that you can use in your general work. For ease, we have created an album that you can use specifically for your coronavirus communications, which includes photos of people on their own, in a medical setting, or of equipment.
