Do you need support with your annual report?
This year's local Healthwatch annual report template has been refreshed in terms of look and content.
The report has been split into the following areas:
- Message from our Chair
- Changes you want to see
- About Us
- Highlights from our year
- How we've made a difference
- Helping you find the answers
- Volunteers
- Finances
- Our plans for next year (message from CEO)
- Thank you (to partners etc)
- Contact us
What's next?
The PowerPoint report template will be tested with the network in February, and in our Communications Group on Friday 22 February. We will then make the amends and create the InDesign version.
You can expect to receive the final templates on Monday 1 April.
Do you need support?
We know that people have varying skills of PowerPoint so we will be sure to add guidance to help you produce a good quality report. If you have any questions, place them on Facebook Workplace in the annual report group and a member of the Healthwatch England team, or even a member of another local Healthwatch, can help you find the answer.
Have you thought about what do to with the finished product?
The annual report can be very time intensive so it's important to think about what you are going to do with the content after its launched. Can you break it up into different web articles? Can you use it to link to reports that you have created throughout the year? Can you encourage other partner organisations to share or endorse your work?
Come up with a communications plan to help you think about all of the uses of your annual report. It's a chance to show off what you can do, make the most of it!
