Healthwatch Week 2 - 6 November 2020

Everything you need to know about Healthwatch Week and the Healthwatch network awards 2020.

In 2019 we held our biggest ever conference, with over 400 of you joining us in Birmingham to learn, share and celebrate each other’s work.

But this year, conference is going to be a little different. Because we still want to support you during this difficult time, we are running five days of online sessions between the 2 - 6 November called Healthwatch Week.

So, while we can’t come together in the usual way, you’ll still get the opportunity to hear from key leaders in the health and social care sector, as well as share with colleagues what you’ve achieved and learnt this year.

Because Healthwatch Week will be entirely online, it also means that anyone, from a chief executive to a volunteer, can attend. To make sure you get the most out of every session, we will also be making them role specific.

Healthwatch network awards 2020

This year has clearly shown the role local Healthwatch play in communities across the country and we think this deserves to be celebrated.

This year there will be three award categories. They are:

  • The impact our team makes
  • The impact we make working with partners

  • Celebrating our volunteer team
