We are here to support local Healthwatch affected by the withdrawal of CiviCRM to find alternative solutions. Find out more about what this means for you. 

Healthwatch affected by the this change fall into three categories: 

Healthwatch wishing to continue using CiviCRM

Healthwatch will contract directly with a provider such as Circle Interactive for services including hosting and maintenance.

• Talk to other local Healthwatch using Civi to share learning and discuss support issues on Facebook Workplace.

Healthwatch using an Excel template

Some Healthwatch use Excel to record and analyse their data. We have created a guide and template based on the Healthwatch taxonomy.

You can use the Microsoft Forms template or Smart Survey template to capture the data.

Healthwatch using a different Data Systems

Some Healthwatch are opting for ‘an off the shelf system’ such as Charity Log or Healthwatch Lincolnshire’s Imp system.
