- Writing to engage your audience 7 July – find out how to tell a good story and get hints and tips to make your content more engaging.
- Planning and running semi structured interviews 9 July - build your confidence and skills to carry out semi structured interviews in your engagement work by working in small friendly groups to learn new techniques and put them into practice.
- Navigating change with confidence 15 July – join this interactive and supportive workshop to understand how to navigate change successfully. You will identify the strategies you need to effectively respond to changes at work and become more aware of your own needs and how to stay in control during change.
- Campaigns and Communications Ambassador Network (CAN) Catch-up 16 July – find out about current and forthcoming Healthwatch campaigns, share your ideas, feedback, and suggestions and connect with colleagues in similar roles throughout the network.
- Qualitative Data Analysis 21 July – join this friendly and interactive workshop to learn all you need to know about collecting and using qualitative data for maximum impact in your work.
