This course is for Healthwatch staff who design research and engagement projects to collect data on people’s experiences, opinions and behaviours.

- Understand the advantages and limitations of different methods, including factors like time, budget, and practical considerations.
- Learn how to select the most appropriate method for your specific project goals.
