About this event
The topic for this meeting is ‘how can we engage people at none health related events?'
Healthwatch Darlington will lead a discussion on how we can generate interest and encourage people to speak to us when their focus is on the event they are attending. They will bring examples and you are encouraged to bring your own.
You’ll be able to hear from other local Healthwatch about their engagement approaches, what worked, what didn’t, and any tips for success. You can also share your own successes and challenges and gain the support of your colleagues.
We hope to create a useful list of ideas for everyone to take away. You’ll also come away with contacts and knowledge that will help you in your engagement work.

This event will be friendly and informal, and we encourage attendees to have their cameras on and join in.
