This session will give you an introduction to Enter & View.
It will include legislative requirements and real-life examples and approaches as well as introducing the role of an Authorised Representative.
It will cover what your own Healthwatch needs to do for you to become an Authorised Representative.

Who is this event for?
Healthwatch volunteers and staff who would like to be involved in their Enter and View programme.
What will you learn?
In this session you will:
- learn about legislative requirements.
- understand the role of an Authorised Enter and View Representative.
- gain the skills you need to engage with a variety of people and understand how to best work with providers before, during and after the visit.
- understand Enter and View activities: reporting, roles, responsibilities and behaviours required as well as resources and support available.
- be introduced to report writing and reporting.
