This event is either for new Healthwatch staff members who will be involved in communications, policy or external representation or existing staff who wish to learn more about how they can best work with stakeholders.

- How to identify your most important stakeholders
- How to understand and work with Integrated Care system stakeholders
- How you can deepen your connection with different kinds of stakeholders
- How to develop a stakeholder plan for a specific project
