About this event

This event will show you how you can succeed in working with your local Healthwatch stakeholders, from local Councillors to health commissioners to MPs.

 

Type of event

Interactive learning session to a small audience.

Please think about the work you may be involved in with stakeholders before the session and be prepared to actively engage in the session to look at how you can work most effectively with your Healthwatch’s stakeholders.

 

Who is this event for?

This event is either for new Healthwatch staff members who will be involved in communications, policy or external representation or existing staff who wish to learn more about how they can best work with stakeholders.

 

What will you learn?

You will learn:

  • What a stakeholder is for Healthwatch
  • How to identify your most important stakeholders
  • How to understand and work with Integrated Care system stakeholders
  • How you can deepen your connection with different kinds of stakeholders
  • How to develop a stakeholder plan for a specific project
