Who is this event for?
This session is an induction to key issues in Health and Care policy and how these may impact your work at Healthwatch. This can be for new staff and volunteers or as a refresher for those with more experience.
What will you learn?
- You will learn about the structure of the Health and Care system you work with at Healthwatch.
- You will learn to make sense of Health jargon
- You will understand the differences between different types of health and care organisations, their funding, what they do and where you may encounter them.
