Measuring Success

Training
Online
Tuesday 28th January, 2025 - 10:00 to 12:00

About this event

Your Theory of Change identifies the long-term outcomes you seek in a particular area of work. But how will you know if you achieve these? What measures might you use to evidence your success and prove your longer-term impact? What strength of claims could you make about your Healthwatch’s contribution?

The challenge of juggling resources to monitor the success of past projects alongside the ongoing delivery of new work confronts every Healthwatch. In our learning need survey and in Quality Framework conversations, you said you would like further opportunities to explore your approach to following up and identifying the changes you’ve contributed to. This webinar provides an opportunity to consider this, alongside like-minded colleagues from other Healthwatch.
