About this event
This event will provide you with an opportunity to hear from three Healthwatch about research they have undertaken on hard to be heard groups.
We will hear from:
- Kate Naylor from Healthwatch East Sussex about their research on the healthcare experiences of prisoners
- Pat Latimer on period poverty experienced by young women
- Shabina Khalifa from Healthwatch Warwickshire about the healthcare experiences of people who live on canal boats

What you will learn?
You’ll have an opportunity to find out how these Healthwatch undertook the research projects and what they found. There will be an opportunity to ask questions. Whilst this focuses on Healthwatch projects, the learning will be relevant to similar research in other contexts.
