You told us that you wanted a way to easily see all the training and support options available to you. So we have again provided you with just that in the 'core skills framework'.
This spreadsheet breaks down skills so you can see everything we offer to help you develop those.
For example if you are interested in managing volunteers - the spreadsheet will show you all the guidance, webinars and e-learning we offer to help you support your volunteers.
Certificates for training
You also told us you wanted certificates to record your training - so remember when you complete an e-learning course you can download a certificate and when you attend a webinar you can request a certificate of attendance by e-mailing EventEnquiries@healthwatch.co.uk
