Upload your annual report 2022 - 23
It is a legal requirement for each local Healthwatch to create and publish an annual report, which demonstrates how you have met your statutory requirements, but it is also an opportunity to highlight the work you have done that makes a difference to your local community. This must be completed and sent to our local authority and Healthwatch England by 30 June 2023. Use this webform to submit your annual report to us.
