This event will help you plan for successful delivery of your projects. The webinar is based around Healthwatch England’s Project Checklist which you can find here: https://network.healthwatch.co.uk/e-learning/2022-05-09/project-planning. You are encouraged to download it ahead of the session as the webinar will help you adapt and tailor the it to the needs of your team

You will have the opportunity to share your challenges, barriers and successes, so please come with a particular project in mind and be prepared to talk about your successes and disappointments in your own project planning experience

Who is this event for?

Anyone who is responsible for leading or involved in any other capacity in the delivery of projects.

It works for those new to project planning as well as a timely refresher for those more experienced.

What will you learn?

You will be introduced to Healthwatch England’s Project Checklist to help you understand:

• How the checklist can work for your projects.

• How to get the best out of the checklist for your own team structure and needs.

• How time spent planning can lead to improved outcomes.
