This webinar will show you how to construct a good online survey that will provide you with actionable insight. We’ll be using SmartSurvey to construct the survey.

This webinar is for staff and volunteers who are involved in survey design. 

 

What will you learn?

We’ll work through an example survey on access to GPs where every question needs improvement.  

By taking part, you will learn: 

  • Common problems in question design and wording  
  • How to use skip logic to ensure that people only answer relevant parts of the survey 
  • How to use question banks 

The original survey questions will be emailed to you before the session.
