Who is this event for?
This event will be most beneficial for Chief Officers, Chairs, Board Members and senior officers who are involved in holding their health and care system to account.
What will you learn?
You will learn about:
- opportunities to hold your system to account, such as working effectively in health overview and scrutiny (including quality accounts) and at a joint health and wellbeing board
- techniques you might use, including making the best use of evidence and using regulatory frameworks
- how to collaborate with partners to hold to account effectively
