The Annual Survey is now live

What is the annual survey?

Every year, we collect key data from every Healthwatch, which we use to inform how we can best support you, inform our national work and make the case for further investment in Healthwatch.

The data gives us an understanding of what's working on the ground for you, supports new partnerships and collaboration and contributes to the Healthwatch England annual report, which we present to Parliament.

We want all Healthwatch to complete the Annual Survey so we have an accurate picture of the network.

Deadline for completion

Please complete the survey, which should take around 30 minutes, before Friday 29 September.

The survey is available on SmartSurvey.

Please note that you must complete the survey in one setting; otherwise, you will lose your progress and have to start over again.

However, you can prepare your answers in advance, and the questions are available via the Healthwatch Network site.

A reminder about the Healthwatch People Diversity Survey

As part of our commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, we will also ask you to complete the People Diversity Survey about your Healthwatch in November.

We are asking you to collect data about the demographic profiles of staff, volunteers, and Board/Advisory board members at your Healthwatch.

In the meantime, if your Healthwatch does not have this data, we have provided a template you can copy and ask your staff, volunteers, and Board/Advisory board members to complete.
