Join us at our Healthwatch Volunteer Leads network meeting where we will be discussing Equality, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in volunteering. We will explore good practice in reaching, supporting and involving all volunteers and discuss what processes we need to have in place to make our volunteering opportunities as accessible as possible.

You will meet with colleagues across the network to share successes and challenges and support each other in a friendly and informal setting.

Search engine optimisation (SEO) the process of improving the quality and quantity of website traffic to your website from search engines. 

This session will help you understand the basic concepts of SEO and give you tip to improve it.    

Your Theory of Change identifies the long-term outcomes you seek in a particular area of work. But how will you know if you achieve these? What measures might you use to evidence your success and prove your longer-term impact? What strength of claims could you make about your Healthwatch’s contribution? 

Every organisation should have a crisis communication plan in place. Anything that could affect your organisation’s profile or stall business continuity, from financial loss to staff misconduct, is an example of a risk that warrants communication with stakeholders and/ or the public.
