What measures might you use to evidence your success and prove your longer-term impact? What strength of claims could you make about your Healthwatch’s contribution? 

Search engine optimisation (SEO) the process of improving the quality and quantity of website traffic to your website from search engines. 

This session will help you understand the basic concepts of SEO and give you tip to improve it.

Every organisation should have a crisis communication plan in place. Anything that could affect your organisation’s profile or stall business continuity, from financial loss to staff misconduct, is an example of a risk that warrants communication with stakeholders and/ or the public.
