Digital transformation
In 2020 Healthwatch England completed the user research phase of a digital transformation project and started to implement the outcomes of that research. Emterprise level surveying tool, a new Data Sharing Platform (DSP) and the National Data Store (NDS) have been brought into Healthwatch along with the retirement of our former data collection and CRM solution the CiviCRM. Work continues on our systems we provide to Healthwatch.
