This event is an opportunity for lead officers to discuss the policy issues that are important to them, and to share concerns and possible solutions with each other.

Small discussion group
We limit the numbers so everybody can participate and share their concerns and possible solutions.
This session is a ‘safe space’ for discussing potentially difficult or sensitive issues, so we will not record the session or provide notes.
We will contact participants the week before the session to ask for subjects for discussion, but you can also send them to policy@healthwatch.co.uk.
Tea and coffee are recommended (but optional).
Who is the event for?
This event is limited to lead officers. Other senior staff may attend with the agreement of their lead officer. This session is not suitable for board members or volunteers.
What will you learn?
You will have the opportunity to discuss any policy-related issues that you think are important. The agenda is set by you and will reflect the key issues of the moment, and you’ll be able to talk through these points and hear perspectives from other lead officers.
