Who is the event for?
We have designed this session for Healthwatch staff new to external representation, stakeholder communications and influencing activities or who would like to refresh their skills. This is an introductory session, covering the basics.
What will you learn?
You will learn how to:
- identify your most important stakeholders
- keep a record of your work with stakeholders
- develop your influence in informal and formal settings
- develop a stakeholder plan for a specific project
