Influencing your local NHS and social care

Training
Online
Wednesday 24th June, 2026 - 11:00 to 12:00

About this event

This session will outline how the health and social care system works in your local area and show you, in practical terms, how you can build effective relationships with the people who commission and provide local services.

This session will not cover wider details about how health and social care are organised, so we recommend taking our e-learning course Understanding the health and social care system beforehand. It should take no more than an hour.

Type of event

This will be an online session which will be a mix of information, discussion and interactive elements.

Please keep your camera on if possible and be prepared to take part.
